Strength & Flow: Pole Level 2
A workout-style pole class focused on strength, clean execution, and technical advancement
Class Description
This class is designed for students who have a strong grasp of foundational pole skills and are ready to focus on strength, technique, and controlled execution. Level 2 emphasizes conditioning, clean lines, solid grips, and more challenging spins, climbs, and strength-based combinations. Movement is intentional and athletic, with less focus on choreography and more focus on building power, endurance, and technical confidence. Each class includes a thorough warm-up, targeted conditioning, skill breakdowns, and progressive drills to support safe, sustainable strength gains. This class is ideal for students who enjoy a workout-style approach to pole and want to advance their technical ability while improving overall strength and control. Heels are not required.
