Starting Saturday, May 30 through July 4, join us online for our Sensual Movement Series with Abi from 8PM–9:30PM. Every class includes a welcome chat, warm-up + mobility work, a fun pole game, confidence building, sensual movement skills, combos we’ll learn together, and a grounding cool down at the end.

Pole is encouraged but not required. Heels are optional too. This is about expression, confidence, softness, strength, and getting back into your body in a supportive space with other women.

I’m opening up two beautiful little rooms on the other side of Main Street Pole and looking to grow this space into more of a healing arts center here in East Aurora. Both rooms overlook Main Street and would be perfect for someone looking for a cozy, creative space to work with clients and collaborate on events together.

Join this grounding, strengthening practice rooted in the ancient traditional yoga system from India 🇮🇳 This hour long class moves through the first 1/3 of the Ashtanga Primary Series with clear audio and visual instruction, a deep mood playlist, and detailed guidance throughout. 💫

I’ve personally practiced Ashtanga for about 15 years and taught yoga for over a decade. It has helped me build strength, flexibility, focus, discipline, and a deeper connection to my body over time.

Once you register, you’ll also get access to a private Facebook group where everyone can connect, share progress, ask questions, and support one another along the journey. 🌸

Starting May 30, @airwalkabi and I are launching our new 6-week Sensual Movement Series online through Main Street Pole every Saturday night from 8–9:30 PM, through July 4.

Abi is a former AMAZING exotic dancer and we’re combining:
• sensual movement
• simple dance combinations
• confidence-building movement
• beginner-friendly pole work
• posture, flow, rhythm & body awareness
• modifications for people without a pole

You do NOT need a pole at home to participate. If you have one, awesome — you’ll learn some pole moves too. If not, we’ll show modifications so you can still fully follow along from your living room, bedroom, kitchen… wherever your inner mysterious woman emerges. 💪

The full series is 6 classes for $69 total — which comes out to less than $12 a class for 90 minutes each week.

Why do we dance in heels at Main Street Pole?

Because it changes everything.

You start in Pole Basics learning grips, spins, transitions, and how to move confidently around the pole. Then in Strength & Flow you start building tricks, combos, climbing, inversions, conditioning, and putting movements together.

Heels & Expression is where it all starts to click.

Dancing in heels changes the lines of the body, the way you point your toes, angle your legs, move your hips, and carry yourself. It creates longer lines, sharper movements, softer transitions, and a totally different energy.

What you can expect in Pole Basics at Main Street Pole 💫

This is a true beginner class. No experience needed, no pressure, no weird “everyone else knows what they’re doing” energy. Everyone gets their own pole so you can actually learn at your own pace.

We’ll walk you through up to three spins and a few foundational moves step by step. It’s structured, but relaxed. If something doesn’t click right away (which is normal), we give you modifications so you still get it in your body and keep moving. We also have mats available if you want to try any moves and are worried about falling.

You’ll leave feeling like you actually worked out… in a fun way. Think stronger grip, engaged core, and that “wait… I just did that?” feeling.

Mags has been teaching for about 10 years, with a background in yoga that makes everything feel a little more grounded, clear, and safe to learn.
