Don’t you want to get in on our live online Heels class? 💖

Every Monday at 7:30 PM Eastern, we stream class live on Zoom so you can dance with us from home. If you’ve got a pole (and a pair of heels if you want the full experience), you’re all set!

Tonight we’re dancing to “Any Man of Mine” by Shania Twain.

Every class starts with a simple 10-minute yoga-inspired warm-up that doesn’t require a pole, followed by stretching to get your body ready to move. We finish with a deep stretch cooldown too.

During class, Mags reviews the combos from the previous week, then teaches a few new ones. Instead of memorizing one long choreographed routine, we build a library of movement. We repeat the combos until they start to feel natural, then mix them together into a dance.

The goal isn’t to remember complicated choreography, or even to perform it perfectly in sync- although that is a fun kind of class magic! 🪄The goal is to give you movements you can pull from anytime so you can create your own style and express yourself.

If you don’t live nearby, aren’t quite ready for an in-person class, or just love dancing at home, we’d love to have you join us.

YOGA FOR POLE DANCE PREP ✨🧘‍♀️

Join this grounding, strengthening practice rooted in the ancient traditional yoga system from India 🇮🇳 This hour long class moves through the first 1/3 of the Ashtanga Primary Series with clear audio and visual instruction, a deep mood playlist, and detailed guidance throughout. 💫

I’ve personally practiced Ashtanga for about 15 years and taught yoga for over a decade. It has helped me build strength, flexibility, focus, discipline, and a deeper connection to my body over time.

I truly believe practicing yoga 1-2 times a week can help create a strong foundation for long-term mobility and wellness as we age.

Each class will build on the next, so week by week you’ll learn:

💕 confidence & posture exercises
💕 simple beginner-friendly choreography

You start in Pole Basics learning grips, spins, transitions, and how to move confidently around the pole. Then in Strength & Flow you start building tricks, combos, climbing, inversions, conditioning, and putting movements together.

Heels & Expression is where it all starts to click.

Dancing in heels changes the lines of the body, the way you point your toes, angle your legs, move your hips, and carry yourself. It creates longer lines, sharper movements, softer transitions, and a totally different energy.

It’s feminine, powerful, pretty, athletic, expressive, and honestly…challenging in the best way.

Training in heels can help build:
• ankle strength and stability
• stronger legs and calves
• core strength and balance
• coordination and body awareness
