Class Description

Pole Basics is designed for students who are brand new to pole or returning to the fundamentals. Each class begins with a guided warm-up to prepare your body, followed by instruction on foundational grips, spins, and transitions at a comfortable pace. Expect clear demonstrations, modifications, and plenty of encouragement in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Wear shorts or fitted bottoms that allow some thigh skin for grip, along with a tank top or fitted tee. Layers are recommended for the warm-up. Please avoid lotion or oils on the day of class, and remove rings or jewelry before participating for safety. There is a dressing room available if you’d like to change before or after class. Classes typically end with a short, light choreography to help you connect the movements and have fun applying what you’ve learned. No prior experience is required—this class is about learning, building confidence, and getting comfortable on the pole at your own pace.
