Class Description

Open Pole (Members Only) is a self-directed practice session designed for members who want time and space to explore at their own pace. Each session begins with a group warm-up led by an instructor, after which the studio is open for individual practice. A teacher will be present to offer guidance, spotting, or feedback as needed, but there is no set choreography or required structure. This is a great opportunity to work on skills, revisit combinations, experiment with movement, or simply enjoy time on the pole without pressure. Open Pole is also ideal for taking photos and videos, provided all filming is respectful of others in the space. Whether you’re refining technique or playing creatively, Open Pole offers a supportive environment to train independently with professional oversight.
