Pole Dance Class Policy

Main Street Pole Online Class Policy Thank you for joining us for live online classes! Our goal is to create a fun, supportive, and safe learning environment for everyone. By registering for an online class, you agree to the following: Safety First * Participate at your own risk. * Always listen to your body and never attempt a movement that feels unsafe or beyond your current ability. * Warm up before class and cool down afterward. * If you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns about participating, please consult your healthcare provider before taking class. Home Equipment * You are responsible for ensuring your pole and equipment are properly installed, maintained, and safe to use. * Make sure you have adequate ceiling height, clear floor space, and a safe training environment free of obstacles, pets, and distractions. * Main Street Pole is not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from home equipment or your training space. Skill Level * Please register only for classes that match your current experience level. * Advanced tricks, inversions, and drops should never be attempted unless you have the appropriate strength, experience, and safety equipment/mats to perform them safely. Livestream & Recordings * Online classes are taught live from our studio and may include in-person students. * Recordings may be provided to registered participants when available. * Recording, downloading, distributing, or sharing class videos without written permission from Main Street Pole is prohibited. Camera Participation * You are welcome to keep your camera on or off during class. * If your camera is on, please ensure you are comfortable being seen by the instructor and other online participants. Attendance & Cancellations * Please log in a few minutes before class begins so we can start on time. * Missed classes are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy. Respectful Community * We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment. * Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from class without a refund. Liability Waiver By participating in online classes, you acknowledge that pole dance and fitness activities involve inherent risks, including the possibility of serious injury.
