Level Up: Intermediate Tricks Workshop
Take Your Pole Tricks to the Next Level with Lindsay
Class Description
Intermediate Pole Tricks & Flow Workshop This workshop is designed to build strength, confidence, and flow as you take your pole skills to the next level. We’ll begin with a targeted warm-up before working on bigger tricks and progressions, such as Butterfly to Ayesha, with spotting and individual coaching. We’ll then put those skills into flowing combinations, focusing on smooth transitions, control, and fluid movement, followed by a guided cool-down. Prerequisite: You must be able to perform a Butterfly to attend this workshop. Your instructor, Lindsay, has been poling for over a decade and has trained and worked in pole in multiple cities, bringing years of experience and technique to her teaching.
