Class Description

Heels & Expression Level 2 is designed for students who have completed Pole Basics and have mastered at least 10 of the 12 key moves and tricks, or have prior pole experience and are ready to explore more expressive, choreography-driven movement. This class builds on foundational skills by incorporating turns, twists, floorwork, and progressions with a greater emphasis on musicality, style, and personal expression. Each class begins with a more rigorous warm-up to prepare the body for dynamic movement, followed by technique review and guided combinations. The latter portion of class focuses on short choreographed sequences, giving you space to explore confidence, sensuality, and flow. Heels are encouraged but always optional—dress to impress if you’d like, or keep it simple and comfortable. Wear shorts for grip, knee pads for floorwork, and pole heels if desired. Please avoid lotion or oils on the day of class and remove rings or jewelry before participating. Layers are helpful for warm-up, and a dressing room is available if you’d like to change before or after class. This class is supportive, judgment-free, and designed to help you feel more embodied, expressive, and confident on the pole—without pressure to perform.
