5-Class Series: Pole Plus!
Build your skills. Find your flow. Make pole your own.
Class Description
Ready for what comes after Pole Basics? Pole Plus is your next step. This 5-class progressive series gives you the time and support to build on your beginner skills at your own pace. You’ll work on new spins, tricks, transitions and combinations, then begin putting those skills together into choreography and flow. Along the way, you’ll set personal goals, build strength and confidence, and discover what you enjoy most about your own pole practice. The series finishes with an optional heels component and a casual recital for friends and family where you can celebrate everything you’ve learned in session 5. Pole Plus is designed for students who have taken Pole Basics and are ready to keep moving forward in a consistent group instead of starting over each week with brand-new beginners. After completing Pole Plus, you’ll be ready to move into regular classes and membership, with access to perks like Open Pole, special workshops, visiting instructors and more. This class meets on Friday nights starting September 4th at 7:30pm and ends Monday September 21, which is family and friends night where you can show off your new moves (optional of course!)
